Applicant Number:

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
  1. Please bring USTET Permit / Result Form for identification purposes.
  2. During the confirmation of enrolment, please submit the following:
    1. original copy of Form 138 (High School Report Card);
    2. two (2) certificates of Good Moral Character from principal and guidance counselor or class adviser;
    3. two pieces 2” x 2” pictures;
    4. original copy of verified Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR) for resident or immigrant aliens; passport / student visa for non-resident aliens.
  3. Failure to submit the requirements will mean forfeiture of your enrolment slot.

STATUS OF APPLICATION

Passed
Applicant has met the required cut-off scores of the program of his/her choice.
He/She is therefore advised to confirm intention to enroll on the report dates indicated.

For Interview
Applicant is qualified for interview as an additional requirement for the program of his/her choice.
He/She is advised to read instructions found in his/her USTET result form or posted in the web.

On Waiting List
Although applicant met the required cut-off scores on the program of his/her choice, he/she cannot be accommodated immediately because of quota limitation.
Thus, he/she can be considered only if slots are still available after those who have higher scores have confirmed.

Failed
Applicant failed to meet the required cut-off scores of the program of his/her choice.

Academic Placement
Applicant did not meet the required cut-off scores of the programs of his/her choice.
However, his/her scores meets the minimum cut-off scores set by the University.
Thus, he/she may be considered in other programs that still have available slots.

Letran College Invitation / Letran Qualified
Applicant has scores that qualify him/her to enroll in Colegio de San Juan de Letran, a sister school of UST, also founded and run by Dominican Fathers.
He/ She is advised to read instructions found in his/her USTET results form or posted in the web.
